About Me
Hello, I’m Patience (and my dog Weaver, he often makes an appearance too).

I’m Norfolk born and bred and I still live and work here. This part of the world isn’t just where I’m based – it’s home, and it’s where many of the small businesses I support are rooted too. Norfolk has a strong community of people running thoughtful, creative, purpose-led businesses, and that’s exactly who I love working with.

How Norfolk’s Virtual PA came about
I’ve spent over a decade working in administration and business support, including more than eight years as a Virtual Assistant. Over that time, I’ve supported all sorts of businesses – from brand new start-ups to established organisations and national charities.

What I started to notice, again and again, was this:
People weren’t stuck because they didn’t care enough.
They were stuck because everything felt more complicated than it needed to be.
Too many tools.
Too much advice.
Too many half-finished things.
So Norfolk’s Virtual PA has gradually evolved into something very clear in its purpose.

The aim of my business is simple: to strip things back, get the basics done properly, and put the right support in place so small business owners can actually move forward.
You don’t need to do everything. You just need to do the right things.
What I actually help with
In practical terms, that usually means helping with things like:
-
simple, clear websites
-
newsletter setup and templates
-
lead magnets and sign-up systems
-
general business and admin support
But more than that, I help people decide:
-
what matters right now
-
what can wait
-
and what probably doesn’t need doing at all
I’m not interested in overbuilding, upselling, or making things sound more complicated than they are. I care far more about whether something will actually get used.
What it’s like to work with me
I’m friendly, kind and straight-talking.
I’ll talk things through with you, help you make decisions, and then help you get things finished. I’ll always explain why I’m suggesting something, and if I don’t think you need it, I’ll be honest about that too.

This isn’t a “hand everything over and disappear” kind of service, and it’s not about hustle or pressure either.
It works best when we work together and keep things realistic.

A bit more about me
Alongside my work, I’ve always had a creative side. I studied Visual Studies at Norwich University of the Arts and still enjoy painting, particularly landscapes inspired by Norfolk.

And if Weaver hasn’t already wandered into view, he usually isn’t far away. He’s a big part of my working day and a good reminder to step outside, get some fresh air, and not take everything too seriously.

If this feels like a good fit, looking for practical, down-to-earth support that helps your business feel clearer and more manageable, we’ll probably work well together.

You don’t need to arrive with a perfect plan or everything figured out.

We’ll work it out as we go, one step at a time.
